Zodiac compatibility: what do your two signs say?
Pick your pairing from all 78 zodiac matches: for each one — a compatibility percentage calculated from real astrological mechanics (elements, modalities, the distance between signs), scores for love, marriage, friendship and work, the friction zones, and honest advice. No sugar-coating, no doom-saying.

How we score the matches
Three real astrological mechanics — no invented numbers. First, the elements: Fire, Earth, Air and Water combine along classic affinities — air feeds fire, water nourishes earth, and the crossed combinations need translation. Second, the modalities: cardinal (the one who starts things), fixed (the one who holds the line), mutable (the one who adapts) — two cardinals fight over the steering wheel, two fixed signs dig in, a cardinal and a mutable complete each other. Third, the distance between the signs on the wheel: neighbors, trine, square, opposition — each geometry has its known dynamic.
The result is an honest level — high, medium or challenging — with the mechanics explained. And a house rule: "challenging" means "takes conscious work," never "run." Some of the most solid couples we know live on perfectly tamed squares.

How to read these pages honestly
Three rules of honest reading. One: the percentage compares STARTING mechanics, not destinies — a 58% match with real work beats a neglected 88% every day of the week. Two: each page describes the most typical version of the pairing; your Moons, Venuses and rising signs personalize the score heavily. Three: "challenging" pairs aren't prohibitions — they're the couples that grow the most, precisely because nothing there runs on autopilot. Use these pages like a terrain map: it shows the slopes, you choose the route.

Your relationship, not your sign pairing
Real compatibility is read from your two complete birth charts: Moons, Venus, Mars, rising signs and their cross-aspects. A couple reading answers your exact situation — not one twelfth of humanity.
Frequently asked questions
Is zodiac sign compatibility real?
As a first layer, yes: comparing Sun signs shows the basic mechanics of a pairing — which elements feed each other, which tempos clash. Full compatibility is read from two complete birth charts (Moon, Venus, Mars, rising signs): that's what a personalized synastry reading does. Sun-sign pages are the honest map; your charts are the territory.
How are the compatibility percentages calculated?
From real astrological mechanics, not random numbers: the distance between the signs on the zodiac wheel (trine, square, opposition…), the affinity of their elements, and their modalities. It's a deterministic model — the same two signs always get the same score — built as an honest comparison tool, never a verdict.
Is a 'challenging' match doomed?
No — and this is the most misread part of astrology. Tense pairings (the famous 'square') are the ones that grow people the most: structural friction becomes an engine once both partners understand it. Meanwhile an easy match left unattended can doze off. The level describes the starting mechanics, never the ending.
Why don't I recognize my relationship in our match page?
Because you're more than your Sun signs: the Moon (emotional needs), Venus (how you love) and your rising signs weigh heavily in a couple. Two couples with identical Sun signs live different stories — a full two-chart reading explains why yours is yours.
Which zodiac signs are most compatible?
The classic easiest matches are same-element trines (Fire with Fire, Water with Water) and friendly-element sextiles (Fire with Air, Earth with Water) — pairs like Cancer and Scorpio or Leo and Sagittarius score highest in our model. But 'easiest' isn't 'best': plenty of legendary couples run on squares and oppositions, worked consciously.
